Spicy Meatless Chicken Grilled Cheese
This may look unhealthy at first sight. But compared to the various options out on the fast food market, this simple sandwich is great alternative to a fat-laden Monday night binge. Oh and best of all? It's vegetarian! (No chickens were harmed in the making of this recipe.) Of course, it's best to move away from processed foods all together and add some greens...but one step at a time.

1 slice of Oroweat Whole Grains Oatnut Bread (or choice of bread)
1 Boca Spicy Meatless Chicken Patty
1 Veggie Cheddar Flavour Cheese Slice
1 tbsp of Original Vegenaise Dressing
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of basil flakes
1 tsp of oregano flakes
Preheat oven to 350°. Spread Vegenaise evenly on bread. Add cheese and patty. Sprinkle herbs. Place in oven for 5 to 8 minutes or bake until cheese is melted.
